Great foot massager. Really good for plantar fascia and ankle pain. Great for a long trip. Easy to transport and a good time on one charge. Durable. Transportable. Great size fits easily in to a tote for travel.

This is the 3rd one of these mats I have purchased. Both previous items stopped working. This one the mat works but the remote supplied does not, Not sure why, I broke my ankle several weeks ago & the massage part is lovely, more like a short gentle current passing through my feet & legs.Would I recommend it, I'll have to wait & see how it helps me control my pain.I will update later on since I've only started using it.

This pad is a very cheap alternative to the large EMS devices.I found it to give some relief to my toes but it needs to be used on FULL power setting.The modes are also not well described so are a bit 'hit and miss' - I found the Activate to be best.

Product was good out of the box until it needed recharging and since then, it just never worked with the same power as before

Great little gadget. It comes with the mat, rechargeable EMS device itself and the remote control for it (battery for the remote is supplied). The mat is foamy and printed with inductive ink all over to match various acupuncture points on your feet and to accommodate various shoe sizes.The EMS device is rechargeable, which is very useful, meaning that you can take it with you anywhere after charging. The battery charge stays for at least 3 full 20minute cycles on medium setting. It connects to the mat with two clips that seems to be very universal through various devices as I'm also able to connect it to my old EMS sticky gel patches from the old device that I had, so I can actually use the device not just on my feet now too. I find massage options are enough for pretty much any EMS impulse I require and the strength of the impulse is quite powerful as I couldn't even get to half way through the its limit before turning it down to about 5.Love the fact that it's versatile and portable and recommend it to anyone who is after EMS pain relief or massager.

Like the massager, used it around 4 times and noticed my ankles Are not swelling as much as they used to.

This has really helped my painful feet and lower legs after being on them for days moving house .Now I only have to use once a week to get some relief from nagging pain, excellent piece of kit
