This robovac has truly become an indispensable member of our household, we think of it more like a pet than an appliance! Our floors have never looked so consistently clean, Bob is an absolute game-changer for daily and weekly maintenance, keeping on top of dust and debris so we dont have to.Its a completely hands-off experience – we just set it to run while we're out, and come home to beautifully maintained floors. It doesnt deliver a super deep clean, but for keeping things pristine day-to-day, it's brilliant. Initial set up was very easy - set the base station down and let the vacuum explore your home - any movable obstacles should be out of the way during set up or it might "remember" - our vac seems to remember where the Christmas tree was and wont go into that corner without coercion. We havent had to change the dust bags very often so it seems to have pretty good capacity and the mops work great. Suction power over carpets is good but can be a bit noisy. When the robot goes back to empty to the base station it is really noisy (a bit louder than a normal vacuum cleaner) for about 10 seconds but thats a small price to pay - overall it is quiet.My only minor wish is for it to handle thresholds greater than 6mm a bit better, though it's easy enough to just lift it over when needed. I've also seen some mentions of mixed customer service experiences, but I haven't had to contact them myself, as the unit has worked flawlessly.All in all, it's a great bit of kit and a fantastic investment for anyone looking for effortless floor maintenance.

I was sceptical of spending so much on a robot vacuum, but after a week of use I don’t know how I've done without one for so long!It has its work cut out for it in our busy home, battling against the mess a black lab and 5 year old can create, but it’s been a game changer. We were previously brushing and hoovering multiple times a day - the Eufy Robovac has given us back so much time!The vacuum and dock are well made, and the app is easy to use with lots of useful functions. I am able to set a schedule, toggle between mop and vacuum and see water tank levels and status of the robovac components- which appear to be easily replaceable through Eufy.The suction of the vacuum can readily adjust to suit 3 different floor types on the level which it’s used. The mop is powerful enough to remove surface stains - it does leave some mild streaks on my tile floor but nothing major.Overall, it’s been a great investment and I’d highly recommend for a home with children and pets to help ease the load of manually vacuuming and mopping constantly!

The media could not be loaded. I was a bit nervous about buying this item as I had high hopes and it was a reasonable amount to spend, but I got it on prime day and I am absolutely thrilled!! I promised myself I would only keep the item if it really impressed me and I am not disappointed,I have a busy family home of 3 kids and a dog and waking up to clean floors every morning makes my soul happy, we even had my 5 year olds birthday party this weekend and the clean up so much easier, a fantastic product that makes my life so much easier! It was easy to set up and scanned the rooms to make the map easily, no need for me to edit, the only drawback is the noise when it empties water and dust but it only lasts 10 seconds and to be expected really, so so happy I got one!!

CleaningThis is good vacuum cleaner and does a decent job, especially on hard floors and carpets where there is not a lot of hair.The mopping function is okay and if the floor is very dirty then it might not clean on the first go , but you will need to run it again.Using itThis is simple once the vac has mapped the floor spaceYou need to use the app as that gives all the instructions. The app lets you set up what you want the vac on which area and at what levelThe capacity is good and you only need to clean one or two parts weekly which are relatively easy to doThe base unit has a huge capacity so you wont be cleaning all the time.Only slight negative is that if you have lots of hair in your carpet then it struggles to clean that, then again most vacuums doI would recommend this, although it is on the pricey side, you gets lots of features and a good clean withput too much hassle

The media could not be loaded. I'd wanted and had been researching for a while for a robot hoover. The ground floor of my house has wooden floors and is a big, open-plan space. Keeping it tidy with kids and a dog is time-consuming.I'd settled on this one after seeing a few reviews. I liked that it was self-emptying, had mopping functionality and a lot of the parts you could buy replacements for easily.I also liked the look of the app; it had enough features and looked easy to use.But since having this for over 6 months, I've fallen in love with it. It's brilliant. It does sometimes fail to complete a task, but that's normally my fault, having left shoes out and it sucked up a shoe lace (most of the time it successfully avoids them), or I've not topped up its clean water or emptied it's dirty. But it still normally carries on.I've set up a schedule for it, and it does everything brilliantly. Everything I wanted, which was to reduce the time I need to get the handheld hoover out.My wife thought having a robot hoover was a bit pretentious. I compare it to when you get a dishwasher, in that you spend hundreds to buy a device to reduce manual cleaning, and once you have one, you won't go back. I bought this when it was on sale and it is value for money. I would highly recommend this device.
