I absolutely swear by Ashwagandha, and I use it all the time, for a variety of reasons...including better rest, less anxiety, more energy, etc. I can honestly say that it's made a huge difference in my life, and I was so glad to find a gummy source for Ashwagandha! I LOVE gummies, because they make it so easy to take vitamins and supplements, and they usually taste great. These are no exception! My only real complaint is just about gummies, in general...which is: you have to store them in a cool place, or they will melt and all stick together in a giant gummy glob. This means that they aren't the best option if you have to travel with them or take them out of a climate controlled environment. That being said; they're great and I highly recommend them!

The seller claims each batch is third-party tested so I'm conducting this review based on the notion that this product is real and moreover, contains 1200mg worth of Ashwagandha in each serving. Two gummies equate to one serving, and there are 60 in the bottle which makes this a 30 day supply.Flavor - The gummies taste great, actually tastes like grape flavored wine gummies. If you've never had wine gummies, they're kind of "doughy" even more so than conventional sour gummies. And like sour gummies, these also have sugar-like coating on top but they're not sour at all. I take it they were included to avoid clumping that would indubitably occur in storage under ambient conditions.Content - Each serving is said to contain 40mg of Ashwagandha extract which equates to 1200mg in regular strength. Still, that means the sugar content of each serving is almost 4 times as much as the active ingredient. I am indubitably getting an energy jolt almost immediately after a daily dosage, but I'm just not sure if it's because of the "Indian Ginseng" or just getting on a sugar high.To conclude, theses gummies taste great. I haven't had any adverse reactions to the product and am getting some benefit out of them. That said, I deducted a point as I feel that its price point is high relative to comparable products in the marketspace. This is especially the case if you count the amount of Ashwagandha per serving into said equation. 4 out of 5, would highly recommend if it were priced somewhere between $10-$15.

I have used supplements with ashwagandha in the past but these are the first gummy supplements for it that I've taken. I did not notice any particular effects from the first few weeks of taking these. Based on other studies I've read, this is a good daily dosage of ashwagandha though with this dosage I believe it's best to take the two gummies separately across the day. The texture is good and a coating of sugar ensures the gummies do not stick together much. Unfortunately the flavor has been inconsistent and I may have gotten an older bottle. All of the gummies on the top the the container had a terrible stale sugar taste. As I've gotten through the bottle I have been getting a few gummies that have the intended taste and it's a nice berry flavor. I could see this being useful for someone who wants to try ashwagandha and has trouble taking capsules or pills. For me, the price is a bit high for a month's supply and there are capsule products which present a better value.

This product must be cheaply made. The seal completely makes no sense. The outer plastic only wraps the cap without covering the bottle. The safety seal was opened when received. I will not risk in taking this.

I’ve been taking ashwagandha capsules for a while and they work well so I wanted to try the gummies and I’m so glad I did. They are much easier to take than the capsules and they taste great! They work well too. I take them at night to help me wind down for bed and these definitely help relax me. They work just as well as capsules and have the same dosage. I would definitely recommend these!

This is important to diabetics, those on ketogenic diets, and anyone who wishes to monitor and control their carb intake.And the last has to do with price, which is a bit on the higher side, as well. When compared with competitive products this was a bit more expensive. However, this is a HIGH POTENCY Ashwagandha, where many other products sold are not. Two of these will deliver 1,200mg of Ashwagandha, and when this is considered it becomes a very fair value.

Wow! I really enjoy taking these gummies. They are powdered dot shaped, chewy, and have a delicious grape shape. The serving size is 2 gummies which provide 40 mg of Ashwagandha Extract. These were manufactured for Type Zero in the USA, and arrived fresh with a child proof capped jar. These are non GMO, Gluten Free, and 3rd party tested. This is as good as it gets.
