I had this on auto purchase and took it for a consistent 3 months. It doesn't work any better that any other pre/probiotic and it's more expensive. I would not purchase again.

I honestly didn’t believe the hype but i’m so grateful that i just caved in and tried them. i’ve struggled with bloating ever since i had my first baby and my digestive system has been messed up ever since postpartum. i started taking these a few weeks ago, following the instructions on the bottle and honestly i’ve noticed such a big difference in my stomach size recently. i feel so good after eating now, no more pain or discomfort. I could eat a carrot and feel like i ate 7 cheese burgers but now it’s completely different. i’ll definitely keep using these as long as they keep working for me 💙💙 definitely would recommend!!

I fully understand that everyone will have a different experience with these but mine was absolutely terrible. I took the capsules around 3pm with my lunch as directed and went about my day as usual and felt nothing. I go to bed and 3am rolls around and I wake up with the worst stomach cramps I've ever had. I try to go back to sleep but they are unbearable at that time. When I get out of bed at 6am I feel SUPER nauseous like I have the stomach flu and immediately run to the bathroom and it's coming out of me like water, along with severe cramps and nausea. This has lasted ALL DAY and I have not been able to eat and feel very dehydrated no matter how much water I drink. It came out of me (both ends) all day so much so that it was just stomach acid. Along with a really bad migraine all day. Just use caution cause I literally thought I was going to die 😅 NEVER AGAIN!

I see no difference with the use of these vitamins. For me, they were not effective.
