Perfect for Taking with a Glass of Milk!
Recently I noticed I was having a reaction to milk products. My brother and maternal grandmother were lactose intolerant later in life and I am finding I'm experiencing some of the same things now after 55! I love eating a cookie with a glass of milk or enjoy eating a carton of yogurt. And don't get me started on needing a piece of cheese every day. Well cheese seems OK but I take a tablet of this lactaid with any glass of milk and so far so good! I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice. I just know what works for me! I'm not willing to give up real milk because it just tastes better to me than almond milk. I still enjoy an almond milk latte however!!!~The Rebecca Review

Works like a charm.
I enjoyed dairy all my life until I hit 70 years old. Suddenly I had terrible reactions to anything dairy. I was crushed. With nothing to lose I gave these tablets a try. I'm forever grateful such a medication exists, I am now able to eat dairy again in moderation.

Lifesaver for the Lactose Intolerant – Highly Recommend!
The media could not be loaded. It has been a game changer for me as someone who’s lactose intolerant. You can finally enjoy dairy without the awful stomach issues that used to follow. This supplement actually works— my partner had cheese, ice cream, and even creamy sauces with no problem after taking it.It’s easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. Works great for me.
I have a moderate lactose sensitivity and these seem to work for me. I've never taken one and drank a cup of milk, but they do work for me. When I have ice cream or soft cheeses or dishes that have heavy cream in them. I think they are easy to take and very portable, and the price is fairly decent in order for me not to have to worry about stomach troubles while out and about and still getting to eat all the foods with my friends.
