Desktop table is very good and product quality is also very good apart from that you get a very cooperative customer support as in my case some parts were missing while packing but after contacting customer support it got solved they sent me parts instantly.

Installation so easy. Installation by self. Table are good. After open package not a single scratch. Looking great.

Worst product with lot of damages and took lot of time to deliver the product moreover looks very dusty and old. And lot of screws not even packed some of then are even attached with the product. The product says it has return or replacement option but that doesnt work too. When i choose the replacement option it comes to the previous window and i cant believe we buy product for 6k and still amazon and seller cheats and it doesnt bother about it.

Firstly, I’d like to point out that I don’t think ‘tribesigns’ is the brand that this table listing should be under. The product is almost the same but it’s made and shipped by the brand ‘Priti’ in India. Therefore all the ‘good’ reviews are mostly from outside of India, and the Indian reviews are mostly pointing out flaws. This incorrect listing is misleading, I feel.Coming to the actual product, once assembled, it looks clean, good and sturdy. As you can see from the picture attached.However assembling it was a task:1) there are no instructions provided, and it’s difficult to assemble2) the holes for a lot of the parts were incorrectly drilled and I had to create new holes for the parts to attach and sit down properly. This was a big issue.3) a few of the pre-screwed parts had chipped off and come out (as seen in the pics attached), owing to the poor quality of wood used/improper pre-assemblyBut all in all once assembled, it looks good but does come with all these challenges.

The design and packaging looks great. But there are quality issues all over. They have cheaped out on everything. Even used measly half inch screws to hold the main board with the metal base. As you can expect it came chipped off right out of the box like the other reviewer mentioned. The screws just couldn't hold the frame with the wood. If you got it unchipped, then it could work great. But for me, I had to return it.

1. Engineered wood part is not good with damaged areas.2. Assembling it is a really trouble. No pamphlet or guide page given.3. A wooden part is missing from the package so now the topmost wooden desk is swaying now4. Getting a double level desk is not helpful as the space below the upper desk is of not much use practically5. The upper desk level is not at eye level

1. Good product at good pricing.2. DIY was frustating (screws along with a hex drive was given, one important screw was missing) however realising to follow the numbers wasn't effective therefore it was difficult.3. Receiving a damaged good is only bringing down this sellers reputation.4. Tribesign to Priti is misleading( for sometime I thought I was duped until I did some research).5. I'm neither a happy/satisfied nor a dissatisfied/unhappy customer.

The fixed attachments and holes provided on the Main Table top are exctly opposite to where it should be.The back side of the main board was dismantled forecefully I believe as the holes are peeled ofI have not seen such a bad craftmanhip anywhere.it is a bad investment, Bought it for my Son but very bad craftmanship
