So easy to use with the weight evenly distributed on your back, very robust machine and you could probably use a helper to get it on your back once you've started it if you're my age. Unfortunately my hedge trimmer wouldn't operate when I lifted it into the air towards a hedge. Support was VERY easy to contact and diagnosed the problem in minutes and had a replacement part in the post the same day. I've had a similar machine with the same engine size from this company before but getting old I found it heavy on my arms, the backpack mounted engine is so much better.

The kit looks great but unfortunately not been able to use because of broken back pack. I have been offered £15 to "seek" a local repair myself. This is not acceptable but, To date, no progress made.Would also benifit from some paperwork showing assembly steps. I have another similar product but needed another and thought I'd try the back pack system. So far it seems to work OK. The instructions and indicators on parts could be better. The main fixed shaft has 2 ends very similar but instructions and marks on part not given. So one end has a smaller locating hole than other - mix that up and you'll waste time in trying to locate pin.The metal drive shafts are not contained in the metal tube so can drop out which is a little puzzling and may cause issues to ensure parts don't drop out and get lost in storage. Would have been handy to have storage bags to keep together. Also locating the main drive shaft needs to be easier and more positive to ensure it locates properly. I've only used the hedge trimmer so far - in use it's OK.

The hedge trimmer worked for 15 minutes and then lost all power and needs to be replaced.

Putting this all together was easier than it looked at first glance and the various tools are excellent. Particularly handy are the grass blade cutter and hedge cutter. The pruner/chain saw is fun but only really suitable for relatively thin branches. All in all and excellent bit of kit and does exactly what it says on the tin.

It's junk!!! seller refused to sort out issues or keep to there return or warranty policy and have 0 respect for the customer as a horticultural engineer I recommend you buy a good product from a recognised distributor that's not scamming

Strimmer is quality but the Hedge cutter and chain saw stop working when held high I figured out it was to do with the flexi pipe all assembled as instructed but the flexi pipe constantly needs pushing back in to position only slight movement but enough to stop the machine working

Takes about 10 minutes to set upOnly used the strimmer very powerful strange having the motor on your back very simple to use
