First of all, I do not drink any kind of "drinks," health drinks, energy drinks, carbonated drinks, sugary drinks, juice drinks......NONE of that. Ever. I am a dedicated coffee drinker all day every day. We have a well, and I drink our water. Having said that, I do not know why I decided to look in the cooler at the grocery store recently, but I did. Oh my at the variety of things to drink! I saw somebody buy a Bai beverage. I looked at the various flavors and saw that the coconut has a LOT of potassium; I read the ingredients, and nothing bad!!! And so...... well...... the rest is history. Yes, I bought it and drank it, and LOVED IT!!!! Now I am ordering it via Subscribe and Save!!! (Oh how the mighty have fallen!!) Sometimes I mix it with equal parts of orange juice or cranberry juice and water. This is the ONLY ever beverage I buy and drink. It has a gentle, real coconut flavor. Good and simple. Needless to say, I highly recommend it.

These are my number one drink. I absolutely love them. Very refreshing when cold, very little sugar, and taste so good. Sometimes I add some sugar free Pina Colada syrup to them for a Pina Colada taste if I am in the mood. I loved the fact that Amazon put them on sale a few weeks back for $12.00 a case and I bought like 6 cases of them but I am running out and I hope they put them back on sale so I can reorder or else I will have to find them at a Dollar Store. The price is too high for me because I drink so many of them a day, You need to try them if you haven't, they are SO GOOD.

Picked up a 12-pack of the Watermelon flavor when there was a 20% coupon available to try it out and I have to say it was pretty good. Quite flavorful for having just 5 calories. It's got caffeine in it, which I didn't realize at first since it wasn't overly obvious on the front of the bottle, so keep that in mind if you're not in favor of caffeine or if you're thinking it'd be a nice drink to have late at night. I don't mind it.It's got pretty good ingredients in it and is sweetened with stevia as opposed to more artificial sweeteners, so that's a plus. The taste isn't overwhelmingly sweet -- it has a noticeable bit of that "low calorie" flavor to it -- but it's still refreshing on a cold summer day. If you're bothered by "the taste" of low calorie options, though, you'll probably want to stay away, but if you don't mind it, it's pretty guilt free -- albeit a little expensive, working out to be about $2/bottle at the time of this review (seems to fluctuate by time of the year and by flavor).
