Q: What is the size of the mirror, the 5th photo has a dimension of it being13.98" , but the title/headline of the product says its 9.5"?

It is the perfect fit for a standard car mirror. It was easy to set up and I am completely happy with it .

Q: Where do I get adhesive or glue for the suction cup? I waited too long to install it and the adhesive is not enough.

I did not get an adhesive with mine. When I received it I made sure the plexiglass windshield on my Gator was clean as well as the suction cup on the mirror. I run my Gator over rough terrain at times on my property and it has never fallen off. I am not sure what adhesive to use but my first step would be to search the Internet for adhesive for the particular surface to are going to place the mirror to or check with a local hardware store. Sorry I could not be more help. Doc

Q: Does the mirror screw tightly and hold its position?

The knob for tightening is in a little awkward position behind the mirror making it difficult to get a good finger grip on after the mirror is mounted on the windshield and, in my case, the mirror had a tendency to flop down if bumped when it was just finger tightened. Applying a pliers to the tightening knob to snug it down a little more after finger tightening solved the problem.

Q: Does this mirror have a curve to it or is it flat and would it work in the windsheild on a compats tractor cab?

This is not a curved mirror. I used it on a golf cart, but it could equally work well in a car that was missing a rear view mirror. I would imagine it would work well on a tractor windshield also.
