Bad quality plastic used for collar lock.
The product lock got broken within 5 days of using it. The plastic used for the lock is so cheap in quality that the moment we put the leesh and pulled the dog the collar lock broke in 2 pcs. Dogs are heavy breed, why use such cheap quality plastic for their collar ? Bad experience !! Will be returning the pc.

Built quality is good, but stitched the buckle and adjustment wrong way when the walking leash pulls tbe ring it tightens and neck and can kill the dog
