Hate catching spiders in boxes, this spider catcher is amazing, doesn’t hurt the spiders nice quick and easy grab and let go outside, a must have in every household!

Being bit of a scaredy-cat, when it comes to spiders, I bought this in anticipation of the Autumn invasion of our hairy friends. I've not had cause to use it yet but have tried it out to see how it works. First thing I noticed was how very stiff the trigger is in the handle. You really have to squeeze hard to get the grabber to start to open, which isn't much of a problem for me, but if you have any problem at all with your grip then you're going to struggle. The build quality looks very cheap, but for a tenner I guess you shouldn't expect too much. How it will perform when it's needed, I'll wait and see what happens.

Good length for catching spiders

Works as advertised, I've grabbed many big spiders and placed them outside with this. Very low stress actually catching them, as i just trap it first with the bristles then grab to move it!The quality of the item is great for its price, you would not need a crazy sturdy build for something you will used for 30seconds at a time.It looks okay, but again for something you are keeping in storage 99% of the day (nicely folded) you will not need this to be glamorous!I do not see this item breaking due to the nature of its usage.The only reason I would give 4 instead of 5 stars is because personally I would prefer that I dont have to press the trigger to grab, i would rather press to release so that i can relax while the spider is in the brush! Just a preference of mine
