Solved Canary Foot Pain From Plastic Perches
My canaries feet were horribly red, swollen, and sore. Of course, I checked online for solutions. We were ready to take him to the avian vet (which he hates), and I found a recent post about the ridged white perches that come with cages. The horizontal ridges on the plastic perches can even cause ulcers on the foot joints. Most of his perches are manzanita, but he sleeps and spends a good deal of time on the two plastic perches that came with the cage.I put the 2" tape horizontally on the perches, rather than winding it. It fits perfectly and his feet are healing. It is fine for canaries and finches, but I'm not sure about parrots and parakeets - the like to chew too much.

Excellent product!
Good product as a very fair price. I take blood thinners due to a heart condition and getting my small cuts to stop bleeding is often an issue. This, on top of a gauze, is outstanding and almost always does the trick.

The wrap was just what I needed to wrap a wound on a dogs leg. Good service and great price for the wraps.

This works like an ace bandage except it is self adhesive (it doesn’t require a hook to keep it in place).

Great value for the cost! The wrap is grippy without being sticky. It tears easily although I prefer to cut it. I tend to have a reaction to most medical tape so I take this with me to my routine lab work appointments. It works great! The color is a tad more purple than the picture shows but it’s still super cute! Can’t beat the price for the quantity!
