Perfect to jump start your diet with nutrisystem. Great price on subscribe and save. Started with this and ordered the 5 day frozen entree program from Walmart. Great to combine the 2 for the price.

After I had my son, I used Nutrisystem meal plans to loose weight, but I needed something more.The first week I used the shakes and bars I lost 3 pounds.It has helped curb my appetite. No sugary drinks. Snacks while watching movies are crunchy vegetables, and this is what I crave now.FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!

The chocolate shake was delicious but it was suppose to last for two weeks put only lasted 9 days . The bars were delicious and lasted two weeks and I never felt hungry. They should put more product in the packaging.
