Works Great, it gets used a lot!
Bought for my best friend. His knee's hurt a lot from work. It does a great job for him. I now need to buy a second one for him so he can do both knee's at once :)

It's been fantastic for my mums knee pain but now it won't charge? Not sure what we're to do now

Tried really hard to like it
The sticker type menu keeps popping up exposing the internals of the electronic components, which alone would be annoying but not enough for me to leave a bad review. The overall functionality is just very primitive and often misses the mark. The heat is either almost nonexistent or gradually increasing to the point of being uncomfortable bordering burning. Used on bare skin it might. The “massage” feature is along the same lines really. It’s just not worth it.
