Everbuild 404 Fast Powerful Fungicidal Wash – Removes Lichens, Fungi and Algae – Exterior and Interior use – 5 Litre

Sprayed this product on my mother's transparent conservatory sun roof, left it for 20 mins, then scrubbed with a telescopic brush which removed all signs of algae. I'd tried to remove the algae without using the chemical but couldn't.

Bought to clean moss growth off my wall. Seems to of done the job, took a couple of applications, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow.Seems value for money and worked as i had hoped.

This didn't work for me even on unpainted wood it worked for like 2 days.

I found this wash to be extremely powerful in keeping off mould and various disease off my patio. It works pretty quickly whilst just pouring on the effective area. I also put this wash on certain spots where otherwise spraying them via a spray bottle to remove smaller green mouldy areas. I felt it took around 1520 minutes to activate when it activated it left an extremely clean patio. I’ve bought this twice now and will continue to buy throughout the year when and if my patio needs cleaning overall I’d say good value for money and I’d recommend.

used this to get rid of the green algae on my fence prior to painting..WOW this stuff works...algae gone by the next day !...btw i didnt rinse it off....

Bought to remove green algae from the pale render at the back of our house (north facing). Applied easily using a garden pressure sprayer and then power washed off after leaving a while. Has worked a treat and render looks as new. This was applied on new style k Rend silicone render and had no issues. Will probably reapply on a regular basis to try and prevent reoccurrence next time rather than leave until it’s gone green.

I had my residential home washed using this item, had it scrubbed to get the Algae off and it looks great, great cleaning power and I did buy a spray to put onto the building building
