This is a good unit for your desk or end table. If you're like me, you like your coffee hot – not lukewarm. I hate having to get up and microwave my coffee and this unit solves that problem. There are four settings – 137°, 145°, 167°, or 185°, I usually keep mine on 145° which is a good drinking temperature. If you want to heat up a cup that is cooled off, put it at 167° or 185°--in just a couple of minutes, it will be very hot again. The unit has been very effective and has lasted me for several months now; it appears to be well built and is very effective. If they're still available when this one stops working, I would buy another one and highly recommend it. Since the price seems to go up and down a lot, I say: wait for the sale!

This is likely my third warmer. The others just weren't effective in the way I wanted. This warmer maintains my preferred temp, 167degrees. What I especially like and the reason I'm writing this review is that it heated my already cooled coffee to the 167. I had purchased coffee on my way to my office, it was warm but when I poured into my mug and set the temp the coffee is now hot as I prefer. I had been thinking of investing in the ember or next mug. But I think this is good for now.

This coffee mug warmer works well and has all the needed features. Other warmers are either not adjustable on their heat, don't keep my coffee warm, or, even worse, don't shut off over time. I have forgotten to shut them off in the past, and well, we know how bad that is. Hence, I got this one. I highly recommend this for anyone who is prone to what I have mentioned above. You will be glad you purchased this!

This mug warmer is like a luxury item. I had no idea that I would love it as much as I do. It is very effective at keeping your beverage hot for as long as you want. There are three heat settings; I found that the middle setting works the best for me. When I use this, I don't feel like I need to hurry and drink my coffee while it's hot! I can sip it slowly and savor the flavor. I wish I would have bought this years ago.

I only just received this product, and so far I am pleased with its performance. My mugs have a bit of a rim on the underside, and the manual specifically said it worked best with flat bottomed cups, but it certainly keeps the contents of my mugs hot. The real test will be how it holds up with regular usage.

We purchased this warmer to heat candles without burning the wick, and it works perfectly! The wax melts beautifully, releasing the fragrance without any smoke or soot. At night, we just turn it off and the wax solidifies, ready to use again the next day. We've been using it for a few weeks now, and it’s like having a brand-new candle each time. So awesome—highly recommend!

Tired of nuking my mugs of coffee 2 times before finishing, I purchased a mug that keeps your coffee temperature consistent from the first to last sip. It was amazing… for 3 months. Then, it stopped charging. I contacted the company to honor their 1-year warranty . They would send me a replacement with a 30-day warranty. No thank you. Back to the big box store with their unbeatable return policy. Now spoiled, I started looking for an alternative. I’ve always thought coffee warmers were gimmicky. I saw the KitchekShop reviews and number 1 best seller spot and thought I would give it a try. It actually works very well. You do, however need a flat-bottomed mug, that’s not double insulated. They’re not that easy to find. I wish they would charge $5 more and include a basic mug. I currently see they have “bundles” but the mugs aren’t for me as I am not the “best grandpa ever.” As for the warmer itself, it’s good. The only drawback is that it’s not really portable. If you move around a lot, you might end up back at the microwave. If you drink your coffee in one spot, like your desk, it’s perfect. It gets pretty hot so beware of accidently burning yourself, pets, children, etc. If you’re a hoarder don’t buy it (or, probably anything else)! You don’t want clutter falling on it and burning your house down.

Love this warmer!!!! I didn't realize how awesome it was until I thought it was out. For a week, I had cold coffee so quickly! Then I realized, I had accidentally unplugged it under my desk. :)I had a much more expensive version before this one, but you had to use a special mug. It did not work as well, couldn't control, and finally died after a month. I love the versatility of being able to use all of my fun mugs that make me laugh in the morning!Great price for a great product.
