They’re not, they’re rubbish, flimsy horrible things held on by a very lightweight mechanism. If they were tangled up in your clothes for example, they’d fall out your ears. They’re the worst pair of earrings I’ve ever bought, I started buying them in 1977 so you can guess I’ve bought quite a few. My suggestion if you want similar is look at others on here and other online sites, but don’t buy these. They’re not worth half the asking price even.
