It's good for beginners to learn the basics of kurdish sorani.

Could of done with a more comprehensive book

I wish the dictionary section was longer, but I like how it teaches you how to say common phrases in Kurdish

Bought for my daughter, she wasn’t overly impressed. Dialect is not all sorani words or rather a mixture of dialects. Wouldn’t buy again and probably wouldn’t recommend either. It’s a bit jumbled and not well written.

good purchase but the valuable info in the first few pages of the book would've been useful before purchase e.g. the different types of kurdish spoken and what countries they're spoken in

I love how it started with a comprehensive yet brief introduction of kurdish culture.The words are a mix dialects of Iraqi and irani as it says on the title!I appreciate this book and I hope in future we get more learning kurdish resources in english.

Kurmancî-Schreibweise gedruckt nicht in Arabischen. Da ich Arabisch noch nicht lesen kann, ist das für mich ein großer Vorteil und erleichtert das Lernen. Kurze Lieferzeit: 3 Tage. Since Deutsch-Sorani is currently not available on Amazon, I ordered Sorani-English. Price-performance ratio is i. O. The words in Sorani are printed in Latin letters or Kurmancî notation in Arabic. Since I am not yet able to read Arabic, this is a great advantage for me and makes learning easier. Short delivery time: 3 days.

It is very difficult to find materials concerning the learning of Kurdish, much less in its Sorani form so this makes this book invaulable. It is a somewhat small book containing about 185 pages more or less but it has valuable information found nowhere else. The book has a basic grammer, a pronunciation guide, the Sorani Alphabet, a short Sorani-English dictionary, Sorani phrasebook, and a few maps. As you now know, this small and packed book has a surprisingly large amount of content and information. This book is very affordable given its coverage and is indispensable as a resource for Sorani Kurdish. I couldn't recommend this book more.
