Works in place of the toto 3" flapper
It was easy to install, just had a hard time adjusting the length to correctly flush. No issues with the flapper when flushing, deff works as a replacement for a toto flapper 3"

Works for my Toto 707S
Toto discontinued original flapper and their recommended replacement part from Home Depot did not work for me. At least for my toilet, this one solved the problem and saved me from having to buy a new toilet.

Lasted 14 months - will be replacing it
So there are a few things in life that I enjoy more than plumbing repairs. And when I fix something, I want it to last.I purchased this for our Toto Drake 743S toilet because it looked just like the original Toto flapper. Installation was easy, and it did stop the leak, but it has now failed after just 14 months. That's not nearly so long as the original Toto flapper lasted.I suggest you keep looking. Search Amazon for the Toto 500S and the Korky 2023BP. These are universal flappers that fit a large number of Toto toilets. (Your toilet model is stamped on the inside of the tank, and you may also find a parts sticker on the underside of the tank lid.) Be sure to read the installation information because there are a number of settings you will need to choose depending on your toilet model (the "arrow" setting, the number of chain links, the lever hole to use). The reviews on Amazon will help, and I also found a few helpful YouTube videos and a video for that Korky flapper on the Home Depot website. These two models seem very much alike. So I have ordered the Toto 500S from Amazon. Wish me luck on the install. And here's hoping that OEM parts last longer...

SUPER easy to install
The hardest part of the install was getting the S-hook onto the chain at the right length without breaking my fingernail. It was incredibly easy to install and seals beautifully. The whole job (including adjusting the chain) took less than 5 minutes.

It Works!
My third try at replacing a Toto 140S flapper. All rubber so fits tightly. Don’t forget side mounting extensions can be adjusted for best fit. Beats the Toto branded replacement also!

Works well and better than most replacements
I have 3 toto toilets in the house and I have tried more flappers in these three toilets than any other toilets that I have owned. This particular flapper does a good job when it is time for replacement
