Have been feeling exhausted a lot of the time did to heart condition.Doctor suggested this,not convinced as preferred injections.Tried this a was amazed at the difference it has made.It has really helped me strongly recommend as even prescribed vitamin b12 tablets had no effect.This you put drops under tongue better absorption.
