I got this after determining it to be the best one out there. The main contenders are Peak Design and Ulanzi. Peak Design is too expensive, and it does not allow the 2 connecting parts to rotate. The Ulanzi one does, and is cheaper, but to me, it has somewhat of an unsafe connection between the camera and the strap. This one combines the good from both. It is an amazing strap that provides all day comfort and is very secure. It is made of wonderful memory foam for the neck bits and a type of synthetic fiber for the rest that is nice to the touch. In the unlikely case that it would break, I would buy another in a heartbeat.

It took me a while to settle on this strap, but I believe I made the right choice. Very easy to adjust and the padding is super comfortable. I wish it could get just a little bit shorter, but I knew that was a limitation when I purchased it. I use it with a heavy video rig and it is very sturdy.

This camera strap stands out as the most exceptional one I have encountered, and it has become my preferred choice for all my camera equipment. Despite experimenting with various retention systems for my devices, I consistently return to the fundamental design: a regular neck strap. However, this strap surpasses all expectations. Its user-friendly interface and exceptional quality make it an indispensable tool. Nevertheless, it is crucial to prioritize safety and always utilize a secondary safety strap as a failsafe measure.

I bought the Fern Green shoulder strap and all parts seemed to be quality made with exception of the oval ball connectors. The cord that connects to your camera is VERY SMALL. Not sure I can trust such poorly thought connectors. Otherwise, strap and other parts are included.

I’ll admit I’ve been cheap and have only used factory straps for the 7-8 years I’ve done photography. This strap is insanely more comfortable and practical, I wish I got one sooner. The peak design slide was my other option but it cost 30-40$ more so I went with this instead and it’s a huge upgrade. Easy to adjust and the straps stay on easily with the little ball mounts. It’s not as aesthetically pleasing as the Peak Design but it’s comfy and works well. The strap is a little long but I’m 6’1 so it works fine for me. This is a very comfy strap that you can’t go wrong with.I wish it was a little cleaner looking that’s my only negative. The adjusters are kinda ugly and it’s not my favorite looking strap but it’s not bad. The performance is fine and I’m happy with it.

Like others have mentioned the straps are way too long. The first set of loops on my back pack straps are right at the front of my shoulders and when clipped there the camera hangs at like pocket level (I am 5’2’’) that’s with the straps adjusted as short as they can be. I think you’d have to have a loop on your back pack straps right at the top where they meet the bag for this set up to be feasible. I tried connecting them to the big loop you’d hang your back pack up by but then it was essentially just hanging around my neck like a regular strap. So I ended up leaving it on the big loop and then running it thru the loops further down on the straps (it was a tight squeeze to get it thru) and now things seem to be at a functional position. Also as others have mentioned there really is not a way to then take off your back pack to get something out or swing it around to grab a water bottle or something. Sure you can un hook your camera but then you’re either holding it or your camera is hanging from one strap and on the ground.Ultimately, I am not returning it but I would not choose to purchase it going back in time after having tried it out. I was originally planning on diying this kind of set up and that could have been done for far less than $40 and would have been more functional. In the end I’ll probably end up replacing the webbing so it can be an appropriate length while still using the hardware. But I still would say the hardware is not significantly better than what you could put together yourself

As someone who hates wearing a camera strap around their neck this is the perfect solution. Also incredibly well packaged.
