HELLO EVERYONE READING THIS REVIEW, please don't believe all the 5-star reviews, because most of them can be paid. This is my review immediately after receiving the pickle today and eating it with my lunch.Literally, the SALTIEST pickle I have ever had. As if salt is a major ingredient in this pickle.This pickle is just raw garlic (some cloves of garlic are not even peeled) dipped with spices, vegetable oil, LOTS OF SALT and preservatives, that's all. If you are okay with this kind of garlic pickle, then you can go for it.I'd advise the makers of this pickle, that if you'd have fried the garlic in oil and then added all the ingredients, it would be much tastier. Frying will soften the garlic, and the oil and spices will easily get into the garlic, which will make it tastier. This way, you don't have to ask your customers for 5-star reviews, they will do it themselves.I can understand that frying the garlic will reduce its weight as the water content in the garlic cloves will evaporate. And also then the makers of the pickle have to raise the product price if they want to sell 1kg fried garlic pickle. Maybe you can introduce another garlic pickle product where the garlic is fried rather than raw, of course at a higher price. I am sure people who can afford it and have a desire for a better quality pickle won't hesitate to buy it.Later, I will fry the pickle I received in oil and then edit this review with the photo.An advice for the makers, please have an idea of how much salt you need to add in a pickle, so that it tastes good but doesn't makes it worse.

Pack came leaking oil all over. Salt taste is high but the flavours ok. Overall not bad.

It tastes awesome with rice but very sharp and salty while consumed as it is. Quantity of garlic generously given. I hope the manufacturer makes an assorted pack of 100gm from each of it's pickle forming a 1 kg pack, so that families with less number of people can try each of it without waiting for 1kg of same pickle getting finished.

Good quality and good taste of items

Quality standards are very poor, just selling commercial quality.These types of Lemon with oil Achar are special and are not available is regular shop and if you can not make good quality better leave this business or make good quality products people will continue repeat them irrespective of price.You don't have requested for 5 star rating. It will come automatically without saying.Improve it I won't order again this quality.
