Best Ketttle I've owned. Absolute the best.
I'm really looking forward to receiving this tomorrow. I will do a full review then. Swan is a company well known and you can trust.ReviewProsLooks great.Works great with Alexa, I have setup two routines one so the Swan kettle comes on automatically at 7am and stays warm for breakfast. The second routine is for teatime (dinner) at 6pm the kettle will come on at 6pm.You can also say Alexa turn the kettle on and she will put it on for you.I love the feature where it keeps the water hot for you.You can use the kettle in manual mode as well which is handy. It's very stylish and modern looking.Let's you know when it needs descaling. Which is 500 boils. You can check in the Alexa app as well. The lid is a very study one and the button is easy to open the top of the kettle. The kettle comes with a 2 year guarantee which is great.ConsNo water level window (though the kettle will let you know the water is getting low through your Alexa app.) And of course you can check yourself. The kettle won't keep the water warm at 100c only at 90c but you can go as low as 30c for different drinks. Is it worth the money ? Definitely especially if you own a smart home or just starting to do one.Would I recommend it ? Definitely in fact my mum and dad have seen it even though they will only use it manually they love it.My rating is 9.5 out 10.I hope my review helps you decide if it's for you.

The Swan Wi-Fi Kettle is a game-changer for tea and coffee lovers
The Swan Wi-Fi Kettle is a game-changer for tea and coffee lovers who enjoy the convenience of smart technology. With its sleek design and 1.5-liter capacity, it's perfect for households of all sizes. The kettle heats up quickly thanks to its 1800W power, and the keep-warm function ensures your hot water stays at the perfect temperature for longer. One of the standout features is its Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to control the kettle remotely via a smartphone app. Whether you're in another room or even out of the house, you can start boiling water with just a few taps on your phone. The digital display is user-friendly, and the voice command feature works seamlessly with compatible smart home systems. However, there are a few drawbacks. The kettle can be a bit slow to boil smaller quantities of water, and there's no water level indicator, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, it's more suited for right-handed users due to the positioning of the display.Overall, the Swan Wi-Fi Kettle is a fantastic addition to any modern kitchen, offering both style and functionality. If you're looking for a smart kettle that makes your daily tea-making routine easier, this is a solid choice.

Doesn’t last a year, Swan CS are a joke
Initially it connected easily and worked without any issues, however over time (6-8 months) the spout starts to drip water down the side each time you pour a cuppa to the point there’s more water on the kitchen counter than there is in the cup. When I emailed Swan (no phone number available) they were quick to respond, however the process to return the item/get a replacement sounded like a task from Crystal Maze. For your entertainment I’ve pasted it below:‘Take a picture of your proof of purchase with the date of purchase circled and, your request number written on it 576844 along with today's date. Alternatively, if your purchase was made online, please attach your e-receipt/invoice to your email as a separate document. We cannot accept your proof of purchase as a forwarded email or, copied and pasted. Can you please write on the front of the item itself, in marker pen, your name, your request number 576844 and today’s date? Can you please take a picture of this.On the back or underside of the appliance, please write the same information, close to the “ST4 9GD” code or, batch no. but not obscuring it.Please now cut the cord ensuring that this is unplugged from the mains before doing so and, as close to the body of the item as possible (about 1cm).Can you now take a picture, this time of the back or underside of the item, which clearly shows the “ST4 9GD” and batch no., the severed cord and the written information. Please also advise of the batch no on the underside of your appliance. Please send us these images for approval along with confirmation of your current address, and a replacement will be processed for you and if you have any questions about this process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.’I was expecting ‘when completing step 4 you must be hopping on your left leg’, ‘step 5 must be completed facing south on a full moon’…In short, avoid.

Great Smart Kettle for the Price
It is easy to set if you are used to Alexa, which I wasn't, but it is still easy enough. The kettle itself is quite tall and skilled rather than short and stout. The thing I really really like about this kettle is that is a stainless steal inside and it keeps the water warm for a period without the need to have the "warming" feature on.The Good1) Price for a branded smart kettle is good2) Good Quality I.E steel on the the inside3) Lot of Features, Dry boil protection, Temp settings, Warming settings4) I like the beeps it does when starting and completing tasks so I can hear it in the other roomThe only gripes I have are1) You cant see how much water is in the kettle but I just get into the habit of topping it up when I'm done I'm not overly concerned as it has a dry boil setting so it doesn't kill itself2) The commands I have to say "turn on the kettle" instead of "boil the kettle"3) It seems to go off and on when it gets to 99 degrees before it reaches 100
