Hestan Provisions Stainless Steel Colander Set, 2-Piece

I love this colander. I used to have enameled ones and this one drains more effectively. It is also beautiful and will last forever.

This replaced 3 colanders I was using. Great for large and small jobs. Stands in sink without moving while in use. I'm sure it will outlast me!

Way too tippy. There is no solid base to work from. Because the bowls are tapered to a very small base, they tip over while you are working with them very easily. They are nice bowls except for that feature, which is rather important. Returned.

I have had so many mixing bowls over the years, plastic, glass, copper etc.. You name it. I had never spent the money to get a nice heavy duty quality stainless steel set of bowls until now. They really are worth every penny. They are light weight so much easier to pick up than glass. The handles on the sides are perfect and I like that they stack neatly in the cabinet inside each other. If you want a good quality well made bowl that you will keep for a lifetime, these are the bowls to get.

Love these colanders no worries about tipping over. Clean up easy.

They would have been perfect except they had very sharp rims. My husband is on blood thinners and they would have been too much of a safety hazard, especially since we are also elderly. My daughter said she did cut her hand on one she had, so I had to return them.

I am an old chef and have owned countless strainers but this is the best one yet. It is made of high quality stainless steel, heavy duty and will last a lifetime. I only wish I had it years ago!
