My hubby loved his, he has to work outside so makes it more a lot more bearable for him. Love to see him comfortable !

Item is defective wire around arm. To return cost two times more than the jacket. Disgusted
I'm very disappointed in the quality the wires in the coat rap around your arm almost impossible to put arm in coat. It's costing 2 times more than what the coat cost to return it. So I'm being forced to keep a defective jacket

I WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT
I had purchased this product for my husband for Christmas. It took me almost a month to get the jacket. It says battery included. NOT TRUE!!! The jacket was not a XL that I had ordered it was a small. It tells you to take the charger out and plug it in and turn it on...

Never Buy this product at all
This jacket should came with battery pack as per description. You have to buy your on battery pack . And for the size it’s horrible. I ordered my XL and came in as a XL label on jacket it’s not a XL it’s Small size. I DON’T recommend this product at all . I send my back . And still waiting for refund
