Great product, very happy fish pond.

Fish can't fully digest. This bag 10Kg is twice as heavy as my previous supplier's 5Kg bag so I was expecting it to be twice the size. However, it is the same size but the food is twice as dense. The old food was like a rice crispy in texture and you could crush it between your fingers. This food is more like a slug pellet and much harder. This means the fish can't digest the food and you'll see lots of bright orange worm looking shapes in the bottom of the pond which is the undigested food. I turned off my clarifier and filter about 2 weeks ago when I first started giving them the new food as I also wanted to protect the new fry in the pond from getting sucked into the pumps. I do this every year to protect the new fish and the water always gets cloudy as a consequence. Coincidentally, this time the water has become very clear despite the recent hot weather. This could be because the excrement is contained within the worm shapes and not freely dispersed in the water. I'm leaving a neutral review until I can learn more and will update this review accordingly.Three years later:I've recently repurchased this food which my larger fish seem to enjoy and they are very healthy. However, these pellets are too big for fish that are under 10 cm long to manage unless they have soaked so they can nibble them. For this reason I supplement the pellets with fish flakes for the smaller fish and fry which the larger fish also eat for variety. I've now upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars. It would be 5 if the pellets were soft enough for the small fish to nibble without waiting for them to soften. Fine for fish over 10cm that can swallow them whole.

Fish haven't complained.Difficult to store such a big bag outside without attracting vermin

Always used this food for my pond fish, they seem to like it better than others I’ve tried, plus it floats so no mess on pond floor

The fish seem to love the food and small amounts seem to fill them so it has lasted better than other well know food I have used.

Good solid food stick for my goldfish and koi. Never had any problems feeding them and they are all good healthy fish after many years and extremely good value as it is a huge bag. Good solid tough bag as well and was delivered in just the bag you see.

J'achète ainsi très régulièrement sur Amazon des granulés en grosses quantités pour nourrir depuis +20 ans beaucoup de poissons d'eau froide = OK ! Très appréciés par koïs, comètes, shubukins, poissons rouges, cyprinidés pêchés (et en eau chaude : plécos, cichlidés et même, si passés au mixer et réduits en fine poudre ... vivipares exotiques => guppies, platys, xyphos, blacks, veliferas, etc) qui en sont très friands !
