The outer case seems to work just fine. It seems durable enough. My biggest complaint is with the glass protectors. It will not do my face recognition most of the time, I have to put my code in almost every time I want to use my phone. I've never had this happen with any other glass protector before. After a day or two of having the protector on the bottom left corner lifted and now it won't stay sealed. A few days later the right hand bottom corner did the same thing.

When I was searching for a phone case I knew i needed one that was VERY durable because I am accident prone. I was excited to receive my case and when I got it I was completely satisfied. I love the color, its fits my phone perfectly and the grip is great. I really love how the cameras are completely protected, the edges are reinforced and the sides are raised to protect my screen! Giving 5 starts because I've had at least 20 drops so far and my phone is still in great condition.

I love the color, and how simple the application was. It protect my phone in all the right places.

Great item! Includes a screen protector (that was a plus). Very sleek and the color is amazing. You wouldn’t know this unless i told you, i have already dropped my phone 4 times- I’m clumsy, I know (bought this last month). My phone still operates and looks great! I would definitely purchase another of these cases once this one wears off (might be a while since it’s made from great material)

I got the rose colored case and it’s gorgeous!!! Easy to assemble case and apply the tempered glass! Will definitely be ordering again when I need a new case or upgrade my phone.

Definitely durable, keeps the phone safe. Downfall is Dirt collects easily and it’s hard to clean the front camera.

This is a great phone cover! The piece that goes on the front of the phone makes it easy to drop in the glass cover without having to line it up manually. The glass just fits perfectly into the rectangle of the case. Great feel, great look!

This is a very nice case, however in my situation the phone slid off the golf cart, and the lower part of the screen protector shattered, and the lower edge of the inner case as well. Earlier i noticed that the soft outter case had stretched out from the sides this could have been the reason why the case did not width stand the fall. Perhaps the otter soft case can not endure hours of heat if Florida at a golf course.

The case is great quality except when you put it on with the glass screen protector. The case pulls the screen protector off on the corners.I don’t really care, I’ll just use the case without the glass.

Well fit and decent quality . Not sure how protective this case is but looks like it will do

Quality is good and unique

Excellent quality case that was a perfect fit with two screen protectors. They look to be good quality but I don't care for screen protectors and did not use them. The iphone 13 has the ceramic shield glass which is very scratch resistant. I really like the way the case has a raised edge on the front and and around the camera area, also buffers on the corners. Altogether a excellent buy and I recommend it.

only dislike is the no protection over the actual camera lens, if you added glass inserts that would make this case an easy 10/10
