The key shell itself is perfect. The transfer of the internals is easy with the exception of the transponder which is a bit nervy as it takes a lot of force to remove from the old shell. This has nothing to do with the new shell of course but just so people are aware. The Porsche key sticker does not come with the new shell.

With this I was able to take the parts out of a car key with damaged plastic and reassemble it into a key that feels brand new.This feels way more solid that the original Porsche key but at the same time feels a bit more modern.

Outer body is pretty good, internal plastics need better craftsmanship - like where battery clips fit etc.... there useless, i ended up having to solder the button cell battery to original Porsche circuit board with some short wires.

Ok , watched you tube video , bit fiddly but once you take your old controller apparat. Putting everything back . One tip the old runner inside case re use . The new one not as good for holding circuit board together . But works. Smash the old metal key out of original , it slides back into new case perfect 👍🏻
