My teeth got 2 shades whiter in just 2 weeks with these white stripes & It only takes 30min a day. If I'm being honest, I feel like other big name brands work better and faster, but the trade off here is safer ingredients and gentler on teeth with NO sensitivity! I have really sensitive teeth and every time l use big name whitener's I suffer with sensitivity for a month, which is why I haven't whitened my teeth in about 5 years. The instruction's state that you can use a strip once a week after the 14day whitening period & then maintenance would be every 2 to 3 months. The only con for me is when you take the strip off the adhesive with the ingredients that whiten your teeth literally stay put on your teeth, you have to brush your teeth to get it off, which kind of bothers me, but for safer and all natural ingredients I'll do it.
