I’ve been using this serum for a few weeks now and I already see a difference. My skin feels smoother and less oily during the day. I used to get small breakouts around my chin and forehead, and they’ve really calmed down.It’s lightweight, absorbs fast, and doesn’t feel sticky. I use it morning and night before my moisturizer. No smell, no irritation. I didn’t realise how much this was helping my problematic, uneven, temperamental 38 year old skin until I stopped using it. I ran out & kept forgetting to replace & within a few weeks my skin which had really started looking healthy & problem areas had cleared up had broke out in all the places it used to & I looked tired & grubby. It really settles down & gives the skin what it needs. I use with hylaronic acid & moisturiser during the day & then with the mandelic acid peel at night. After cleansing with la posay... whatever it’s called. I was quite confused by all the different potions at 1st so I contacted the ordinary & gave them insight into my skin, age & issues I kept suffering & they got back to me with a suggested regime & advice on how to introduce products etc. I’ve not used all of the suggested ones, I’d never have time in the day to apply them but I have found the ones I e chosen to be non on for my skin. I was actually at my whits end with the problems my skin gave me, to have them back was rubbish & silly of me to let happen but I won’t do it again. None of the products are overly expensive & the advice given was helpful so I wasn’t wasting money on things I thought I’d need or on something you shouldn’t use with certain products. This one shouldn’t be used with anything contains vitamin c for instance, it stops the components from working affectively. I’d recommend to give it a go, don’t expect overnight results as you read reviews of angry folk who expect to use it once & wake up with a complexion like glass, or are ploughing heaps of the stuff on & it’s not soaking in to the skin, you don’t need anymore than 2 drops or so & let it dry before applying your next step. Don’t stop using it when u run out. I like it

I wanted to give the brand a try not only because of the good reviews, but because the info that the brand itself offers says that it is for all skin types, I have oily skin. Spoiler, not for all skin types, it was very DISAPPOINTING.Niasinamide 10% and Zinc 1% have a hated, soapy consistency. After a week my skin became very irritated and I had to suspend it. Looking for more information I came to learn that this percentage of Niasinamide with Zinc can cause the opposite of what it should, it breaks the normal protective barrier of the skin.The Retinol 5% is supposed to work to regulate the sebum of the skin but the oily consistency of the serum, which had already improved a lot using another brand, produced the appearance of pimples, blackheads and worsened the appearance of the sebaceous filaments .I do not intend to use this brand again.
