Easy to digest
If added important daily essential vitamins n mineral nutrients like vitamin c ,b12,iron,calcium for women and macro and micro nutrients too and also weightloss ingredients like other brands ... it ll b much more good to buy as a consumer... overall so far taste wise it's good .. personally tata is always a trustful brand in india .. so please consider above mentioned points

Please don't buy. Tastes like chalk and medicine
I wouldn't recommend this compared to Whey or Casein protein.It tastes bad. I have bought 1 kg so will try to finish it off like medicine. It doesn't taste well with juice, milk, other Whey proteins.And over that I Paid 2300 when I bought it on August 5th 2024. Now it's selling for 1200.

Doesn't work for gym goers
I am writing this review after 4 months of use. Don't get fooled by the brand name. This protein doesn't work at all for gym goers. After intake of this protein the only thing that will work is control your hunger for a few hours. You'll not get any kind of muscle recovery as 3 gm BCAA isnt enough. It also won't increase your strength.. You'll feel exhausted even with or without the protein.. Its better to take turmeric with high curcumin level rather than this useless product.
