Recently I was diagnosed with two heel spurs in the same heel. My doctor recommended these and I purchased one pair before leaving his office. I was glad to see that I could purchase these at Amazon. I purchased three pair to eliminate having to change them from one pair of shoes to another. Although I still have trouble with spurs, it is definitely more comfortable to walk with these insoles.

Excellent Support for flat feet!
After paying my podiatrist to adjust a pair of 2-year-old custom-made orthotics, he suggested that I try these inserts for my flat feet & tendency to get plantar fasciitis. I was skeptical at first but after two weeks of adjusting to them I had happier feet & even a happier wallet! Now these inserts are the only ones that I buy, when needed!

Really comfortable and effective
These inserts are easy to switch from one pair of shoes to another. They're more comfortable than I expected given their lack of much padding, and they almost magically have improved a foot problem I had that didn't seem to me to be the result of too little arch support--but it was. I got my first pair of insoles from my podiatrist, and because they worked so well, I bought another pair through Amazon (being careful to order EXACTLY what my podiatrist had given me). Very happy with my purchase. Will buy again when/if the current ones wear out.
