I bought this for fascia release. I’ve had tight fascia for a while that was causing discomfort when I laid down to sleep. It wasn’t electrolytes or regular muscle cramps. After using this, I’m happy to say I’ve had two nights so farof comfortable sleep without having to take an anti-inflammatory or get up and do squats so I could fall back asleep.Also, when using this, I felt extremely itchy afterwards almost immediately. I looked it up and allegedly it’s due to increase blood flow. I don’t care. I’m just sleeping easily.I don’t have a ton of cellulite, but if this thing gets rid of the few dimples I have, awesome bonus.The bruising is a small price to pay for a good night sleep. I did find it interesting the leg that gave me the most discomfort was the one that bruised more.

I've been using it about a week. I use it at the end of the day when my legs are swollen before bed. I also like to use it in the morning to get my blood flowing. I'm 6 months pregnant and had a lot of dimples pop up the last few months and I already see improvement on my thighs. It doesn't hurt. I've had no bruising. I recommend it.

I'm rally shocked this works! This really works, surprisingly! I'm always buying things to remove the appearance of cellulite, even got a bunch of super painful laser treatments. But, seriously, I saw improvements after the first use. Super happy! I don't have a bunch of cellulite, most people don't even notice it, but I do! I'm 52, 5'1", 120 lbs. and pretty muscular but, don't like looking down at my thighs, which I'm fine with the size of, but didn't like the bunchy, cellulitee look and it's gone off the front after 3 uses (over two days). Still working on my butt and higher back thigh areas. It makes sense it would work since the cellulite texture is from tightness of tissue. The pressure and bumpiness of the roller releases the tightness to smooth it all out. At least that's what I'm imagining in my head, lol. I'm not using any lotion with it and I'm not getting any bruises like some people experience. Super easy to use and can be opened to use on different areas like stomach and arms.

Background: I’m 35, F, Mother, seeking to address cellulite on the backs of my thighs and some creeping around the sides. 140 lb with athletic body type and the item fit comfortably around my legs. I never figured out how to roll my behind because the roller is the wrong shape for it.The pros: item quality, packaging, delivery, and ease of use were all good. I liked how it felt like blood flow was being brought to the area, and it seemed like there was a smoothing quality to the rolling. My legs really did look smoother after use.The cons: I discontinued use of the product because it’s my belief the roller actually just stretches out the skin. So yes, it lessens the appearance of cellulite. But it’s essentially Indian sunburning your legs to do so, and my leg skin started to feel and look weird. Loose. It snapped back a week after I discontinued use, but I would rather have cellulite than droopy skin. I know I can work harder in the gym, but loose skin is hard to fix. IYKYK
