Nice little box!
Needed a small little box to put things in while they are in a "holding pattern" before getting to the safety deposit box. it's not 'fireproof' but is resistant and I believe will serve the purpose I need it for. Really easy to set up, the instructions were clear. It is smaller than I was hoping for, but had to buy what was in the budget. One of these days I'll upgrade! LOL

So far - so good!Set it up without a hitch and works correctly - as far as it goes. I hope it never gets tested for security but looks OK.

Accuracy and completeness
According to the manufacturer’s operations manual, there were supposed to be 4 AA batteries included with this safe. There were no batteries included in this item. Annoyed!

Bery unhappy with purchase this item does not work and they refuse to refund my money
The seller sent me a box that did not work first of all the box never came with batteriesSo I had to purchase my own batteries, just to realize that the box didn't work I should have known that was something suspicious by the battery was not being inside of the box. I have put in three attempts for them to come and pick up the return.They would not come and pick it up when I call they representatives always be very nastyI have health issues. I don't drive. That's why I do most of my purchases from Amazon.And at the calling four times requesting a pick up, they told me that I should call UPS myselfI am very dissatisfied not only with me being stuck with a lock box that does not work, but because of the customer service that I am receivingThey are very rude I really don't appreciate people talking down to me treat me like it's my fault that the box doesn't work and the man won't come pick it up on top of not returning my money. I think it's time for me to depart waves with Amazon.It is not worth the stress now I'm stuck with the box that doesn't work very satisfied customer that has been shopping with Amazon for over 20 years
