The charger appeared to be used when it arrived.If it wasn’t then that should tell you about the quality and way the products are displayed for sale.At the time of purchase there were comments about an indicator light - there is none.Plug fit is very tight, don’t expect anyone with poor hand strength to install or remove unless you want to trip down the connector - which is your sole decision.Does it work - yes, after a cleaning.would I try a different brand or seller - yes, yeah this was really disappointing.why not just return it - so tired of being forced into returns because of the quality of products available, generally - and maybe I would have except was leaving on a trip and could not wait for replacement for the replacement on a chance that that replacement would be worse or the same than the one it was replacing.
