Very easy to use .

This scale is like that friend who always tells you the truth, whether you’re ready or not. One minute I’m feeling good, the next I’m side-eyeing my snack choices from the past week. But credit where it’s due—this thing is accurate, fast, and oddly motivating. The app syncs easily, the display is super clear, and it somehow manages to keep me accountable without yelling at me. I love it… I hate it… I weigh myself again. Five stars for keeping it real—even when I wish it wouldn’t.

I like it overall the display is very large and easy to read but I only get two metrics my weight and BMI. I would have brought a cheaper one if I knew I'd only get the two metrics. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know.**EDIT**I found that your feet must be damp for the extra metrics to work properly. This means that the device works perfectly and I have adjusted my rating.
