I have been battling sciatic nerve pain in legs and lower back. I switched to this brand of magnesium glycinate and only been taking for a few days. I noticed that the pain has decreased but not completely gone. I am hopeful with more time that it will significantly lessen the pain. I was taking magnesium oxide which did not help at all. I am starting physical therapy soon and hopefully with the use of this product and a few other supplements I will be on the road to recovery.
