So Far, So Great.
So far, this has been a great bookend. I have been unluckly with a variety of metal and reinforced bookends that cannot even hold a packed medium-sized book run. I realize that a lot of people may not be using these kind of things for books... but I am past the point of annoyance with weak bookends that are intended for actual book support. So far, these have been great. More massive and with a convenient design for pencils. I will update if these fail.

Work great, don't knock over, wish both ends had the pocket
The pocket end is the best. I wish there were more multifunctional bookends available.

It's even better than most of the book ends that I used ...
Heavy and well made! It's even better than most of the book ends that I used in the university library I worked at as a student, which is impressive! And, what's even better is that it's reasonably priced!

They suck and don't work
Do NOT buy these. They suck and don't work. They keep sliding and falling down. Total waste of time and money. Mine are in the trash.
