I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but it’s beautifully made and I can’t wait to use it

Works best on flat marble surface
Doesn’t work on a silicone mat must be a hard surface to cut the pasta

Good concept...
I like the idea of this pappardelle roller.I find it super fun to make my own pasta, even though it's not necessarily cost efficient. And I especially love making pappardelle-- it's my favorite noodle. My only problem with this roller is that it didn't seem to cut all the way through the dough. I found myself having to go back over a lot of the cut lines with a sharp kitchen knife. But it could be that I tend to roll the pappardelle a little too thick.I think it would be better if each handle was on a separate rolling mechanism... More like a traditional rolling pin. That would make it easier to press down on the dough and cut all the way through to the cutting board.

super
I made pasta with this today. I had the dough roller set to 6 thickness and used the rolling pin on a pastry board(someone said it doesn't work on a pastry mat. I have yet to try). My results turned out just like the video they have on amazon! Be sure to use olive oil in your mix. I am VERY pleased with this product!

Horrible
I make pasta every day. Even have a legit 6 head roller that I use for papardelle but it's moves too much and isn't steady so doesn't make straight cuts. But this.. This is bad. First. It's not even as wide/long as a machine. Second, it's wood with handles that don't turn.. Meaning, you can't grip it cause it has to turn to roll over pasta, so you have wood spinning in your hand which is really uncomfortable. On top of that, it takes a lot of pressure to actually cut through the pasta. So not only is there spinning, raw wood in your hand, but you have to be pressing really hard. Rip hands. Last. The cuts are really small. Returning
