It’s easy to use, the quality is not bad, but the price is too expensive for that

The media could not be loaded.  I received the spin mop it’s obviously of a step above the spin mop so I’ve ordered before for my business a lot more of a commercial product only challenges is that the handle is broken I don’t wanna return it I just want a new freaking handle. I don’t know why there is a problem with that Amazon wants me to go ahead and return the whole product. I got this one as an open box as new product with a full warranty well replace the freaking handle please!!!

I wanted to love this product. I had bought another one similar to this called alzone and it was amazing. I had it for over a year until someone broke the handle and I was unable to replace just the mop handle so I had to buy another mop and bucket set. It was easy to assemble but I noticed right away that it just felt cheaper and the plastic more thin. I used it for the first time yesterday and right off the bat I noticed that what is difficult to put into the wringer part since the fit appeared off. it took quite a bit of maneuvering just to get it into the attached device. When I went to move the bucket the handle broke off immediately and I had to push the bucket along with my foot which left streaks on the floor. The mop head became thready and left pieces of it’s self all over the kitchen floor. But the worst part was trying to disengage the mop head from the mop handle. it was extremely difficult. I could not use my foot and I had to put it upside down and try to put it pull it apart with my hands which was a very messy process. When I was mopping the mop head was at an angle which I was unable to straighten when I put the mop head back into the bucket I had to keep bending down to push the mop head straight in order to engage it to the spin portion. I do like the drain hose attachment which made it easier to empty the bucket. I will give this bucket another shot. But if I have the same trouble and the handle breaks again I will be returning this. I just wish all zone had not discontinued this bucket because that is the standard to which I am measuring this item.

I absolutely love this mop. The fact that it comes with five mop heads is awesome!It works very well. I was hesitant to buy it because there are cheaper options.. BUT.. I’m glad I did!!!!

I was very excited to get this mop and bucket set. I have purchased 4 different mop buckets the past 6 months and have given 3 of them as gifts. The top spin bucket wasn't removable on the one I kept. I also loved that this one had a hose attachment that drains the bucket, and the scrubbing brush head was an added bonus. I was looking forward to having this one on my main floor and the other upstairs.When my mop finally arrived, I opened it right away. After all parts were removed I noticed small pieces of plastic in the bottom of the bucket, it appears as though they came from the front of upper bucket. While trying to figure out where they came from, I noticed the handle on the main bucket was broken too.Being frustrated with the delivery man, I reviewed the doorbell footage of the delivery. To my surprise, the delivery wasn't the problem at all, he was more caring and considerate than most I have viewed. So, the problem is most likely in the packaging as the box was unharmed and had no visible damage.
