Tearing
This was my third attempt from different Amazon vendors. I had had bought decals of a different theme and they all came with clear backing. The three I tried had the blue backing they also had air pockets between the sticky sheets and were impossible to not tear. This one tore as well I saved it by peeling ripped pieces still on to rebuild the letters. The hassle of the return options are ridiculous the nearest acceptable UPS was an hour and a half away.
