I purchased another brand to replace my skullcandy skullcrusher 2 cord, and it was garbage.... so i purchased this cord in hopes they would fit and not have an echo like the cheap one i got.They fit inside the 3.5mm hole and my friends i game with said the quality sounds really good, but i had to raise my mic level a little bit as i sounded quieter than usual.I also really like that this cord comes with a little leather (could be pleather) cord holder.

Purchased this cable to replace an Anker cable I bought the day before that was crappy quality out of the box (Anker wants to replace it but I feel a consumer deserves a product that works 100% out of the box and the first time!). This Geekria cord works beautifully! The cord is long but came with a nice leather cord keeper that snaps together. Also had a great little storage pouch! I was thrilled to receive these 2 little "extras" in the package.Using this cord with my Skullcandy Crusher wireless headphones when I don't want to use them wirelessly. The sound is crisp & clear.So far I am happy with my purchase!

I was looking for an aux cord with a mic for my Sony WH-1000XM2 headphones. I was on conference calls where the other callers could hear too much background noise with the built-in microphone in a busy office. So I tried this. Everyone says it sounds fine, and there are no more complaints of background noise.My two complaints are (1) the cord is nearly 6' long! (as described, but please offer a shorter option!) I looked at the others, but this was the only one that got decent reviews already. The others seemed like a grab bag. (2) the cord has a weird texture to it. Not smooth, it has ridges on it all the way up and down the cord. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying to me. Some might find it interesting...

I've had this geekria cable for three months of heavy use (3's a week for 4-8 hours). I use it with my Hesh 2 headphones on construction sites. It is holding up great: the plugs are not separating from the wire, the buttons and mic are working as advertised and the sound is good. I have tried cheaper but they are not worth it; the build quality of other ones never last on a construction site, often the buttons on the cheaper ones do not function as expected. But this Geekria is great!

This Item arrived at my house today.I bought it as a replacement for an original Skullcandy Hesh 2 cable, which lasted me around 6 months.This item as such a fancy packaging (it almost looks like you're unboxing a new phone)... When you really think about it after you see it, it's like you paid mostly for the presentation. This is probably worth 4 or 5 dollars yet is being sold for 9 because of the package. (I paid nearly 20 bucks because I requested fast shipping).Then you receive the product, try it and the cable is broken (first try).It plays sound in one side but not in the other. Only when you mess with the cable, sometimes you get sound on both ends of your headphones, but yeah, this is a new product and it shouldn't be defective.- I didn't try the volume controls, so I can't comment on that;- Sound quality seems alright, (at least when you get it playing on both sides, if your cable isn't defective);- Value for money on this item is terrible. I feel like they could cut on the packaging in order to lower the item's price.I will be returning this item but will definitely not get a replacement from the same brand.

Works well with my Skullcandy Crusher headphones. My puppy chewed through the original, and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find one with a good mic. This works well and I use it for gaming. I do recommend this product.
