noticeable difference
Getting through the day without discomfort has been noticeably easier. Digestion feels more settled, and bloating has become far less of an issue. The difference was gradual but undeniable, with meals no longer leading to that heavy, sluggish feeling. Consistency seems to be the key, and after a bit of patience, the effects started to show. There’s a noticeable sense of balance that wasn’t there before. No unpleasant aftertaste or difficulty taking them, which is always a bonus. A straightforward addition to the daily routine that has made a genuine impact.

this could be a helpful addition to your arsenal.
The combination of garlic, oregano, thyme, and cloves seems to really support digestion. I appreciate how the herbs are fermented with kefir and kombucha—it feels like it’s doing more than just adding herbs to a capsule. The fermentation process enhances the bioavailability, which means my body can actually absorb more of the nutrients, and I like that it’s all organic, without any artificial additives. The capsules are easy to take and have never caused me any discomfort, which I was a bit cautious about, given the strength of the ingredients. After using it for a while, I feel like my gut health is more balanced. There’s less bloating, and I can tell things are functioning better overall. While I can’t claim to feel like a brand-new person, I’d say this product is a solid choice for anyone looking for herbal support to maintain a healthy microbiome. If you’ve got a sensitive stomach or are dealing with SIBO, this could be a helpful addition to your arsenal.

Has improved my digestion
Since taking this supplement I have noticed my bloating has decreated, and my stomach is getting flatter. It should be noted I am in a calorie deficit too, whilst trying to lose weight, however I'm pretty sure these have been helping me in particular with reducing the bloating side of things. Results will vary per person of course, but for me this has helped so far, and I'd get these again.

For a balanced microbiome
I have tried several products from Living Nutrition and I like them a lot. They appear to be an impressive company based in Sussex with a strong retail presence and I am happy to trust them. This particular formulation is for SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth), in other words when your Microbiome is active but out of balance.I hadn’t been aware of SIBO before but I have looked it up and it often presents with gas and bloating and various bowel symptoms. Those taking PPI medication for reflux are especially at risk, so I know exactly who I want to try these and I’m grateful for the opportunity. These are standard sized capsules which I found easy to swallow and interesting to taste; they contain fermented garlic and cloves as well as oregano and thyme and you can tell this just by tasting the outside of the capsules. The capsules come in a well-sealed glass bottle, best before November 2026, nearly 2 years ahead.

Hopeful
Review for: Organic Fermented SIBO-Go (60 Caps, 600mg)Bottle of 60 capsules of organic fermented garlic, oregano, thyme, and cloves which aims to improve the microbiome in the gut. You take 1 capsule twice a day with food so this bottle will last 30 days.I've been taking them for a couple of weeks, they are easy to swallow and I've not had any negative effects. I do feel like they are helping a little but like any supplements, I imagine these will take some time for me to feel the full benefits. For now, I'm happy to continue to take them as I do feel some benefit.

A Powerful Herbal Combination for Digestive Support: Organic Fermented SIBO-Go
Having done some research on the ingredients and their benefits, I thought I’d share my findings alongside my review of Organic Fermented SIBO-Go for your interest. Please look them up yourself, but overall it is an unusual mix that is very different from the common supplements I have been taking. This supplement is marketed as a potent remedy for supporting a healthy and balanced microbiome, featuring a combination of garlic, oregano, thyme, and cloves—herbs known for their broad-spectrum antimicrobial benefits. Below, I’ve listed the key ingredients and their supposed benefits, as well as any potential risks or interactions, based on my research and personal experience.Ingredients and Benefits:• Garlic (Allium sativum): Known for its antimicrobial properties, garlic is often used to support immune health and balance gut bacteria. It may also help with digestive issues and inflammation. However, large amounts of garlic could lead to gastrointestinal upset and interact with blood thinners like warfarin. I have never had any issues with garlic and often add it to my meals.• Oregano (Origanum vulgare): Oregano is a potent antioxidant and has antimicrobial properties. It’s frequently used to fight bacterial infections and promote gut health. Some people might experience digestive discomfort or allergic reactions to oregano, especially in high doses. Again, I have had no issues with it, and I often use it in my cooking.• Thyme (Thymus vulgaris): Thyme has a long history of being used to treat respiratory and digestive conditions. It’s rich in antioxidants and may have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Thyme is generally considered safe, but it could interact with medications that affect blood pressure or blood clotting. Once more, no issues on my end—it's a regular herb in my dishes.• Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum): Cloves have strong antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. They are often used to support digestion and reduce inflammation. While safe in moderate amounts, cloves could cause irritation or allergic reactions in some people. They may also interact with medications that affect blood sugar or blood pressure. I don’t use cloves regularly in cooking, but I haven’t had any issues with them.My Experience:I've been using this supplement as part of my efforts to maintain a healthy microbiome. While the mix of ingredients is quite potent, I’ve felt positive effects in terms of digestive comfort. The combination of herbs feels quite different from the usual supplements I've taken. It’s the first of its kind in my experience, especially with the fermentation process used to enhance the bioavailability of these ingredients. While it’s hard to comment on its specific effects for conditions like SIBO, I do believe this potent combination of herbs offers broad-spectrum support for gut health. The capsule format is easy to take, and I’ve not experienced any adverse effects so far.Potential Risks:• Some individuals may experience digestive discomfort with these potent herbs, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.• Always check for potential interactions with other medications you might be taking, particularly blood thinners or medications affecting blood pressure. Conclusion:I’d recommend this supplement if you're looking for an alternative to more common microbiome supplements. The mix of herbs is both interesting and powerful, and I appreciate the fermentation process that boosts their effectiveness. However, as with any supplement, always consider your personal health needs and consult with a healthcare provider if necessary.
