This is the best air purifier I’ve ever owned! We bought another after using our first one. The filters are affordable, love the sound of the fan at night in our bedroom. Odors & dust are the thing of the past!!!! Highly recommend this brand and product.

I'm amazed at how fresh the room seems once this is on for just a short time. Bits also a great white noise sound machine at night for sleeping.

I followed all their directions. Plugged it in, chime rang, lights flashed once. Then DEAD. And the unit will not turn on at all, in any outlet in my home.Other negs:For what they want for this, the design is lame: air intake/outflow is too close to the floor, unless I could lay it on its side on a table or cabinet. That might void the warranty on this flighty, non-working, costly hunk of junk.The handle is dumb, being on only 1 side, with nothing to hook you fingers into. I felt like I was going to drop it each time I moved it. The lifetime warranty is only good as long as you use their filters, their way. That's ok except that the 3 filters are all in 1 chunk, that will set you back about $60-65 every 3 months or so. I've had a lot of HEPA air cleaners, but NEVER one that needed the most expensive of the filters, the HEPA, replaced more often that about once a year. This one wants you to change it 4 times a year! You might as well buy a new unit every year, when it goes on sale. I was always able to vacuum and or wash the pre-filter to extend its life too. Can't do it with his one. There is no manual with it; you have to get it online or write to them to have them send you one. I think that reflects a lot of hubris. There is no remote or app. But do they believe they are somehow oh-so high tech? Well, I didn't really need high tech. I need something that WORKS at least as well as is stated by them. I spent a lot of time researching and comparing air cleaners (they really don't purify anything–only clean). This was supposed to be so much better than it is! Now I have to waste more time packing it up and getting it to a "location".

I chose this air purifier after researching the top brands and deciding this was the best choice for our needs. I run it 24/7 on low and give it a break once a week for a few hours. I hardly hear a sound and I don’t use sleep mode-so it’s pretty quiet in regular mode! I live in a small apartment, just me and my cat. I’m not great at keeping up on the housework. I use low dust special respiratory cat litter. My cat has allergies, I have also have allergy and sinus problems. I feel like some of my allergies have improved after about three weeks of having this in my home. And my cat’s sneezing is at an all time low. That makes me happy, because my baby’s doing better. You can’t put a price on that. I’m pleased with this purchase and recommend this Medify air purifier model.
