These guys are gaining a good reputation and so I decided to purchase from them rather than the usual vendor I use because their price was lower and the quality seems just as good.Spermidine is a natural polyamine that animal studies have shown stimulates autophagy, a process that recycles cellular components and may have anti-aging effects. This works but I really want to know how much actual spermidine is in this product. I have used DoNotAge.orgs spermidine and this one and they both are very effective as far as the difference I see. With both of these products I see my skin firming and wrinkles minimizing within a week, literally. I have a question about the actual amount of spermidine in these spermidine capsules. The question I have is too long to post in the questions segment..so I will post it in a review: I have been taking these for a while now and I like them but I wanted to get some information so I could get an accurate idea of how much spermidine is in each capsule. Spermidine has a chemical formula of C7H19N3 and has a molecular weight of 145.2459 g/mol. So for any given amount of Spermidine HCL, the actual weight of the spermidine is only going to be 57% and the remaining 43% weight is due to the 3HCL. So this would lead me to believe that since you have 10mg of Spermidine HCL in each serving, that the actual amount of spermidine in each 2 capsules is only 5.7mg and the amount of the 3HCL is 4.3mg. Is this correct? If this is the case, it would be very helpful if you could list the actual amount of spermidine in your capsules, instead of just listing the weight for the spermidine 3HCL. Since the actual amount of spermidine found in spermidine 3HCL is only 57% or 5.7mg per every 10mg

After taking Spermidine for a couple of weeks I felt an increase in energy, alertness, memory recall and inflammation. I did however experience a negative side effect in that it gave me some painful flatulence. This side effect has caused me to stop taking the supplement. I would recommend it only to people willing to take a chance and hope this may not affect them. I wanted to like the product and take it regularly for health reasons, but instead have switched to Pterostilbene for now.
