We used these at a 70's themed birthday party and they were so festive. Quality is good enough that we saved them to use again.

Good quality but time consuming
I loved that these hanging decorations were double sided. I used them on a windy day and they were very durable. My only complaint was how time consuming they were to assemble. You have to individually put the string hook on every piece. They are not pre assembled. I ended up not even using all of the pieces because it was taking too long to put them together. So if you purchase these, give yourself plenty of assembly time!

I liked the decorations. The set arrived fast as promised. Nice set for the money! Used it for office decorations to recognize a coworker birthday. Would buy again.
