PROS :1) sound is good and different ring tones are availableCONS: 1) Extremely short wireless range and becomes shorter with falling battery levels. Obstacles will reduce it even more2) Build quality extremely flimsy especially the switch frequently falling off from the wall

*Disappointing Experience with this company - Poor Quality Doorbell*I'm extremely dissatisfied with the doorbell I received from Amazon. The quality was subpar, and I had to return it not once, but twice! The first time, I thought maybe I just got a defective piece, but the replacement was just as bad.The doorbell's [low quality defective jam buttons of bell] was very poor, and it didn't even last 5 mins . I'm extremely frustrated with the hassle I've had to endure.To make matters worse, I've now asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting to hear back from the seller. The lack of quality control and customer service is unacceptable.*Rating:* -1 stars*Would not recommend* to anyone. Save your money and buy from a reputable seller.

Not a good product
Batteries 🔋 every after 10 days require to change...very expensive...every after 10 days Rs. 70 to fix for batteries..Not a good product for longer run.Wanted to return back but return window closed and I have wasted my money with wrong product.

Use of remote controlled bell
I was bedridden due to some accident , used this bell to attender or some one to help during day and night. I found this a useful item , still using.
