Sew Maddie: The adorable rag doll who loves fun and fashion!

Love this book. Really enjoy Debbie Shores work and books. I have a lot of her books.The doll is lovely. Lovely detail on the face. It's lovely that all the pattern pieces are printed out on sheets at the back of the book, that you can either cut out and use or trace them. The book is full of lovely outfits to make a whole wardrobe for every occasion. Again the pattern pieces were all included. It even includes Maddie's pet dog Mo. The instructions were easy to follow and the book is made up with lovely photography. I think the book is very good value when you consider the price of normal sewing patterns. I'd recommend this book to anyone. If you aren't confident with embroidery, you could simplify the facial details.There was nothing to not like in this book.

Great pattern book for a ragdoll, her dog and plenty of outfit changes.Clear, concise instructions which will be easy to follow especially if you sew already.I bought pattern paper too so that I can trace the patterns off.

Really nice book. Instructions and pictures are clear. The patters are included at the back of the book and are well marked out. Her wardrobe is quite good as it will be another few other projects to complete and that doesn't even include the making of Mo her dog! So far I have only just cut the pattern for Maddie - she's the biggest ragdoll I have tried to make so I can't wait until I get to fill her and see her all completed. So far this book is actually better than I expected it to be.

The book is amazing and it really is for those people who like to make small things for little people. My only criticism of this book is the pattern printed on both sides which ment I had a devil of a job photocopying so that I had all the pattern pieces. As should I have decided cut into the pattern and lose the pat on the other side And it really is a bug. I’d rather put an extra £5 on the price and save me the grief of the printing.

A GREAT PATTERN BOOK WITH EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND A GOOD VARIETY OF PROJECTS.

Yet another fantastic book from Debbie, I love her books, I have a few, I find them colourful, beautiful quality and very clear and precise instructions are given. Everything to do is set out meticulously, already for you, to get stuck in . Maddie is a lovely cheerful little rag dolly..... I cannot wait to start making her and her outfits....she will then be on a plane with her own little case of clothes, winging her way from here, the UK to My 3 year old GrandDaughter in New Zealand, no doubt I will see her on different road trips and plenty of sea/beaches in her Swim Costumes! I am having Chemo and have not been able to use this yet but I see it's going to be a Great Project!!
