Amazing!! I bought it to help loosen my stiff shoulder and back muscles which have been causing me neck pain and headaches. I've been using it for a month now, once every 2 days, for 15'-30', mainly as headache prevention, and I'm very satisfied with the results:1. Immediate relief of shoulder pain. Even after so many uses, I'm still dumbfounded at how this actually feels like human hands!! So relaxing...And despite some users mentioning not feeling the heat, I actually feel it after around 5' of use and it's very soothing! There are 3 speed settings and I use my weight-pressure against the chair/couch to adjust the intensity.2. It's efficient: my headaches seem to have diminished (I think this massager adds to the effect of exercise & posture correction that I'd already been doing)3. The price is great4. I can't say much about durability yet but by respecting instructions (especially avoiding overheating) I hope that the massager will keep working as great as it does now for a long time!5. As others have previously said, it'd be more convenient if the controls were located lower but it's still quite easy to use as is.6. Better than a massage gun for my needs (especially easier to use and gentler for the neck region). Of course, different people, different needs.All in all, a great product!

I bought this as a gift for myself. I’m constantly on my feet working up, staring at a computer screen. Massager works for all areas of the back. I am so sad I lost the cord.

I really like this massager. It is gentle but deep in managing my knots. My first one died after 3 years of use. I ordered another one though as it is very effective. The packaging was falling apart and I would not give it as a gift based on the poor, ripped, falling apart packing.

This shoulder massager is excellent for the price. We joke about my having my own personal cabana boy (hence the "Juan Carlo" moniker). It's adjustable in almost every aspect (speed and pressure) and the heat is extremely soothing without being too hot. If the heat is adjustable I haven't figured it out yet as the temperature it came set on is perfect for me.I use it frequently on my neck and shoulders, which is what it's designed for, but I've also pressed it to my hip joint, mid back, and it's particularly helpful for my rheumatoid arthritis to flip it upside down on my lap and place my hands on the massager heads. It helps my hands a great deal.All in all, it's a great product.

I loved this neck massager SO MUCH! I used it about once a week, sometimes twice. I noticed after about 9 months the motor started to slow down and now as the one-year warranty is up it sometimes stops in the middle of the massage, power lights still on, even if I'm not laying on it with any weight. It says it has a warranty but I can't find any info anywhere on this page or the internet for it. I no longer have the box or user manual. If anyone does and can provide a website, email, or other info please do. Thanks!

Good pressure for deep tissue massage arou d the neck and shoulders. It is a bit awkward to hold in place, the straps need to be a bit longer.The heat was hit or miss if it would come on.After about six months one of the rotators started making a grinding and skipping. The mesh cover over the rotators also started tearing.Now the second rotator is starting to go out.So if it is on sale cheap enough I would probably buy another one, but not at full price.
