The Twinings tea products are tasty and excellent quality. I was happy to find the English Breakfast flavor in loose leaf form at a reasonable price. Product arrived on time and in excellent condition.

TEA FOR YOU
TWININGS IS AS ENGLISH AS TEA GETS..THE ADDED BENEFIT OF TEA DRINKERS IS THE QUALITY OF LOOSE TEA AND TO PRESERVE IT IN A TIN. FOR THE BEAUTY OF DESIGN AND PRESERVATION OF THE QUALITY OF THE TEA LEAVES...JUST PURE JOY. A MUST FOR SERIOUS TEA DRINKERS.

Good tea, cute tin, possibly less waste
I really like Twinings, but their tea-bags are individually wrapped in non-recyclable/non-compostable materials, which bugs me. This tin was the perfect solution for me. (OK, I'm still probably making a bigger footprint by having it shipped to me, but you can't have everything, and I can't find it at the store.) Plus, there is there is something soothing about the ritual of making loose tea. Anyway, it's a really nice quality breakfast tea.

High price for half the size!
These are small tins at a higher price and I feel somewhat conned when I have purchased 7 oz for $13.00 and this is half the size for $11.00 something is not right!!!

Better taste, better economy.
I don't think I bought tinned English Breakfast tea from Amazon. But I have bought it in tins for the last 20 years and am drinking some now. Taste so much better than teabags. The extra time it takes? Really, none. Teabags travel better. That's their only advantage. Someone said "bitter". A little dry tea goes a long way. And don't over-brew. Price is high here, but Twinings "price plus shipping" is higher. And this price is certainly cheaper per cup than teabags. Buy in larger tin or several tins lowers the price too. If you're used to teabags, this tea will open up a new universe. Hope you try it.
